On June 28, 2024. The plane I was on experienced a Tail Strike. The first time it landed, it hit extremely hard, flinging my and my support person's heads and upper bodies forward. As soon as our body flung forward, it flung back, as the pilot accelerated to pull the aircraft up in the air. I grabbed my phone and started recording. You can hear the pilot's tail end of his second approach, please be patient. I recorded several short clips. In one of the videos, you can hear me whisper on my phone telling my children that I Love them. II was scared it was going to crash. Also have the second approach and landing, which I assure you was very iffy as well, it felt as if the plane wanted to roll. We had been to Toronto for my 6 months checkup, on a double lung transplant. I must go every 3 months. When I go, I am required to have a Support Person. Sheldon Thibodeau was my support person. However, after that experience, I am quite traumatized, and not sure I will ever fly again. I was scared the plane was going to crash or roll upon landing, the first time and the second approach. My anxiety since the flight has been very high, so I am required to take additional medication. I went to my doctor on the following Tuesday, to make sure my lungs were not hurt as well as have her prescribe me medication for my anxiety. It took me over a week to calm myself, experiencing bad dreams and being on edge. I was sent to the hospital the same day to have an x-ray- my x-ray came back good she said, no sign of damage. I was worried because I was coughing up mucus green and yellow in color, as well I was experiencing pain through to my back. Thou at the time I never mentioned it to her, thinking the pain was from my lungs being hurt, I believe I may have whiplash or soft tissue damage from the jerk motion of the plane landing and pulling so hard to go back up. I plan to go see her if the pain does not subside in the next day or so. So, I am writing to you to put in a formal complaint about the above plane
