I am writing to you from Switzerland. My wife emigrated to Vancouver with my 2 year old daughter a year ago after our separation and she had the approval of the Swiss court. I am Swiss and she has Canadian and Swiss nationality. I am asking for your help and an assessment of my case under Canadian law to see if it is possible to divorce under Canadian law in Canada instead of Switzerland. It is important for me to know if it is possible to have the divorce, maintenance, property division and child issues dealt with under Canadian law?
