For that month, we discussed about fee prior to working on the case.  He said the major item is 6 hr legal research to determine a claim amount - can be substitute by expert opinion report- and the remaining form and filing will be minor.   I paid for the expert report separately and ended up over 30 hrs that month.    The firm said they believe the claim amount is big thus just keep billing without informing me.  Unable to meet agreed milestone and no apology.   No settlement no win.
