These include the Ontario Securities Commission, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, all Ontario court levels, the Court of King’s Bench in Manitoba, the Superior Court of Québec, the Court of Appeal of Québec, the Federal Court, and the Federal Court of Appeal. Adam has also engaged in Supreme Court of Canada proceedings, supporting both appellants and respondents.

During his time at Osgoode Hall Law School, Adam not only embraced mooting but excelled, earning the respect of his peers and securing positions on the executive board of the Osgoode Mooting Society. His mooting achievements include prestigious awards at the Jessup International Law Moot, where he showcased his talents on an international stage in Washington, D.C. Beyond competitions, Adam was deeply involved with the Fair Change Legal Clinic, advocating for marginalized individuals and later leading as its Director.

Adam's legal journey is further marked by recognition for his leadership, integrity, and contributions to the community, evidenced by accolades such as the F.W. Minkler Prize and the Legal and Literary Society Student Leadership Award from Osgoode Hall.

A dedicated member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Toronto Lawyers Association, and The Advocates’ Society, Adam remains committed to guiding the next generation of legal minds. This is particularly evident in his work with the First Generation Network and the Osgoode Mentor Program, where he mentors students and young lawyers, especially those who, like him, are first-generation Canadians.

Adam continues his tradition of giving back by offering pro bono legal services through Pro Bono Ontario, helping low-income residents in Civil Litigation and Appeals. His areas of practice cover a broad spectrum, including cannabis law, class actions, commercial litigation, insurance and professional liability, securities litigation, banking litigation, product liability, administrative law, and FinTech law.
