With a robust foundation in International Affairs from George Washington University, where she graduated magna cum laude, Alex's academic pursuits were marked by global engagement. A year at the prestigious London School of Economics, a foray into International Economics at Shanghai's Fudan University, and hands-on internships in Shanghai with MGI Pacific and the Canada China Business Council enriched her understanding of global markets.

Transitioning to Queen's University for her J.D., Alex didn't slow down. Her involvement with Canada's NAFTA renegotiation research and volunteering at Queen's Legal Aid Clinic and Pro Bono Students Canada showcased her commitment to both her country and community.
