His contributions have been pivotal in several high-stake transactions, including VAALCO Energy’s significant business combination with TransGlobe and Enbridge Inc.’s monumental US$1.5 billion notes offering. His work in facilitating VTS’s acquisition of Lane Technologies and Kubota Corporation's strategic purchase of AgJunction further showcases his capability to navigate complex corporate landscapes.

Brad's involvement in the $4.9 billion acquisition led by KingSett Capital, alongside Starlight Investments for Northview Apartment REIT, stands out as a testament to his expertise and dedication to achieving client goals.
