Clare Barrowman

Clare has rapidly established herself as a key player within Osler's litigation group, focusing on a broad spectrum of civil and commercial litigation cases. Her legal prowess extends to tackling environmental disputes, regulatory matters, and indigenous law, reflecting a robust commitment to addressing some of today's most pressing legal challenges.

Her legal education, rooted in the prestigious J.D./LL.B. program at McGill University, included a significant period at the University of Copenhagen, enriching her understanding of international law. Clare's academic foundation was laid at the University of King’s College, where she pursued a Bachelor of Arts with honours in English and Early Modern Studies, showcasing her interdisciplinary approach to law.

Starting her journey with Osler as a summer student in 2019, Clare transitioned to a full-time role following her articles in the 2020-2021 term, demonstrating her growth and potential within the firm.
