Before her tenure at Osler, Hayley refined her skills at a prominent regional law firm in Canada, laying the groundwork for her subsequent achievements in complex financial transactions. Her role in pivotal deals, such as facilitating KingSett Capital's strategic divestiture of VersaCold Logistics to TorQuest Partners and supporting the lenders during Berkshire Partners' acquisition of VetStrategy, underscores her capacity to navigate intricate financial landscapes.

Moreover, Hayley played a crucial role in KingSett Capital’s monumental $4.9 billion acquisition alongside Starlight Investments of Northview Apartment REIT, showcasing her ability to manage high-stakes negotiations and transactions.
