Lost $5,000. Out my BMO C/A- then $2,000.00 out of my BMO MC. I worked for BMO Nesbit for 13 years as senior investment advisor. My wife and are in early 80’s and are extremely careful re phishing and phone calls. We do not share PW’s. My Mac was where they got in- it’s currently at BESTBUY for a BMO mandated scan- Imalready did one with a MSFT developed anti virus program(Intego 9) that did a full access scan and came up empty- nothing to put in quarantine. I haven’t told BMO that yet as I wait for the Geek Squad report.

I am contacting you in relation to B.M.O. fraud related issues which I have read about and the same has happened to me. I have the Detail Transactions reports on my account and indicates internal fraud, from employees via pathway connect banking portals and other vehicles they used digitally that exhausted my account. The withdrawals on my account were entered as withdrawals on the bank statements, but in fact were IB Investment Banking procedures, so there are entries of information adjusting the bank codes to conceal information and mislead the account owner. There is more and the more I investigated my account I it resembled other BMO accounts that were corrupted. Feel free to contact me, have some damning evidence and I would like to submit for your examination.

I was wondering if you were the one that's doing the class action lawsuit against BMO because I'm in the same boat and would like to join if that's possible
