Malcolm Peck-McQueen

Malcolm, an associate at Osler's Financial Services Group, stands out for his advisory role to lenders and borrowers. His expertise spans a variety of financing transactions, including but not limited to acquisition financings, asset-based lending, and syndicated loans, alongside project finance and securitization. His involvement extends to structured finance, offering guidance on derivatives transactions and regulatory matters.

Having completed his J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School and an undergraduate degree in political science and Spanish at the University of Toronto, Malcolm is well-versed in law and languages, speaking English and conversational Spanish. His career prior to Osler saw him focusing on banking, investment funds, and corporate law at a leading Canadian firm, and finance and restructuring in New York.

He's currently enhancing his expertise through the Derivatives Fundamentals Course offered by the Canadian Securities Institute.
