Located in Gowling WLG's Toronto branch, Marco Romeo is a dedicated associate within the firm's Advocacy Group. His legal expertise is concentrated on navigating the intricacies of complex commercial litigation.

Marco's professional focus spans a variety of legal challenges including disputes over contracts, the intricacies of class action lawsuits (notably those concerning product liability, securities, and competition law), as well as issues surrounding insolvency, the liabilities of directors and officers, and defamation law. His proficiency extends to representing U.S.-based clients in cross-border disputes and facilitating the enforcement of U.S. court judgments in Canada.
