Mark Crane, a seasoned partner at Gowling WLG's Toronto office, significantly contributes to the Advocacy Department. He plays a pivotal role in the Commercial Litigation, Construction & Infrastructure, Energy, and Insurance & Professional Liability groups. Mark also stands as the national leader of the firm's Arbitrations Group.

Specializing in intricate infrastructure disputes and various commercial and professional liability issues, Mark offers his expertise to a diverse clientele, spanning from professional engineering and construction to energy and mining, as well as the public sector. His practice extends to handling municipal liability cases, including police liability and misfeasance in public office.

Within the infrastructure sector, Mark has accrued considerable experience in disputes related to complex P3 projects. His portfolio includes work on transit and transportation projects, bridges, hospitals, and even national heritage sites. Additionally, Mark has handled cases involving arctic marine infrastructure and disputes in commercial construction, real estate development, and energy projects.
