Qiuling Ning

Located at Gowling WLG's bustling Toronto office, Qiuling (Nicky) Ning is an emerging talent within the firm's Real Estate and Financial Services Group. Her role as an associate allows her to cater to a diverse clientele, including large financial entities, private financiers, developers, and professionals in the medical field, as well as medium to large-scale businesses across different sectors.

Before her tenure at Gowling WLG, Nicky honed her skills at a comprehensive mid-sized law firm in Toronto. There, she delved into the complexities of commercial real estate transactions, building a foundation of knowledge and expertise. This prior experience equipped her with a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in real estate dealings.

Nicky's academic journey culminated in 2020 when she graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School with a law degree. Her path to becoming a lawyer was uniquely enriched by over a decade of experience as a senior real estate clerk before pursuing her legal studies. This practical experience bestowed upon her a robust understanding of real estate transactions, setting her apart in her field.
