Educated at the University of Toronto, Reba deepened her legal acumen, further enriched by a stint in France studying international business law. Her leadership roles, including co-chairing the Tax Law Society and engaging in Mergers & Acquisitions Litigation Externship, highlight her proactive engagement with the legal community.

Before her legal education, Reba excelled at the University of Waterloo, earning a degree with honors in Knowledge Integration, Legal Studies, and Philosophy. Her diverse background includes roles as a Policy Risk Analyst and a legal team intern, offering her a unique perspective on legal challenges.
