Robert Hull

Robert Hull, a partner at Gowling WLG's Toronto office, brings his expertise to the practice of corporate, commercial, and securities law, with a special focus on real estate and infrastructure securities, fund formation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. His past leadership roles include chairing the Board of Governors of Humber College of Applied Arts and Technology, Ontario's most extensive college, and contributing to the Municipal Performance Committee of the Toronto Board of Trade.
