Sharagim Habibi is a seasoned expert in corporate and securities law, offering his extensive knowledge to both private and public companies. Sharagim has represented a significant number of businesses across major Canadian stock exchanges such as the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX), TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV), Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE), and the NEO Exchange. His expertise also stretches to international listings, particularly involving the Nasdaq and New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), where he has facilitated numerous cross-border transactions and acquisitions involving Canadian entities by U.S.-listed companies.
