Tina Mirzaei

Tina, an associate in the corporate sector, specializes in corporate and securities law, particularly in the realms of investment funds and asset management. She honed her skills and knowledge through the rigorous J.D./M.B.A. program at Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business, where she also engaged in the Osgoode Venture Capital Clinic and delved into IP Law & Technology.

Before her tenure at Osler, Tina gained valuable experience at a Toronto-based law firm, contributing to various corporate, commercial, and securities projects. These projects ranged from mergers and acquisitions, both private and public, to intricate debt and equity securities offerings, as well as transactions aimed at taking companies public, crafting real estate joint ventures, and navigating lending and secured transactions.

A highlight of her career includes her involvement with SmartCentres Real Estate Investment Trust, where she played a pivotal role in a significant offering of $300 million Series Z senior unsecured debentures.

Tina is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Bar Association, where she continues to contribute to her field. Her educational background, combined with her practical experience, positions her as a valuable asset in the corporate legal landscape.
