Victoria Lechner-Sung

Victoria is a standout in the corporate legal arena, specializing in mergers and acquisitions along with private equity ventures. Her expertise has steered significant transactions, like TMX Group's strategic acquisition of Wall Street Horizon, Inc., and OMERS Infrastructure's notable US$894 million divestiture of its stake in Midland Cogeneration Venture to powerhouse entities Capital Power Corporation and Manulife Investment Management.

Her academic journey is equally impressive, marked by prestigious recognitions such as the Forté Fellowship and awards from the Rotman School of Management and the Leacross Foundation.
