Stephen Viscomi

Stephen specializes in corporate commercial law with a keen emphasis on securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. He provides comprehensive legal support to both publicly traded and privately held entities, covering the full spectrum of corporate and securities law, from corporate governance issues and initial public offerings to executing mergers, acquisitions, and private placement financings.

His legal education was obtained at Osgoode Hall Law School, where he concentrated on corporate and commercial law and participated in an international legal studies program at Waseda Law School in Tokyo, adding a global perspective to his expertise. Stephen's academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts (High Honours) from the University of Toronto, where he double-majored in Political Science and Ethics, Society, and Law, laying a solid foundation for his legal career.

Joining his current firm in 2021 as an associate after previous experiences as a summer student and articling student there, Stephen has quickly become an integral part of the team.

Admitted to the Ontario bar in 2021, Stephen's practice is supported by his proficiency in English and his active involvement in the legal community, including memberships in the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Toronto Lawyers Association, illustrating his commitment to his profession and dedication to staying abreast of the latest developments in corporate commercial law.
