Kent Wakely viotated both my constitutionally guaranteed human rights of justice, and equal access to justice. [Constitution Act 1982, Part 1 Human Rights, section 15(1). (Every individual is equal before and under the law and has the right to the equal protection and equal benefit of the law without discrimination and, in particular, without discrimination based on race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or physical disability.)
He did so by making a rash decision based on zero facts, that I am incapable of proving to a judge that my mental health prevented me from making a claim within the 15 year time frame.
In reality, my case is so huge, it is impossible for me to present my case to him within the half hour free legal advice I'm allowed. Kent Wakely is too cheap actually look at all the information I provided to him, which in itself, had he read it all, he would absolutely have known that I have oodles of proof of my PTSD, and how it was created by the very case I have brought to him. but he refused to read everything, and made his rash decision because I had used up the free half hour I am allowed. For him to tell me that I am past the legal time limit, and that I have no proof of my PTSD, was merely an excuse to cover for the police, or to get out of doing even 1 minute of unbillable hours, regardless of how it may violate my right to justice.
The Irony here is that Kent Wakely is a human rights lawyer. Shame on Kent Wakely!
I swear absolutely that every word I have written is true and factual. If Kent is willing to change his mind and take my case on, I will take this post down, but I will not take it down under any other pretense.
