Scott Clark, serving as an associate within the Infrastructure and Projects group, brings a rich tapestry of experience in infrastructure-related legal matters. His expertise spans across commercial strategy, procurement, insurance, and privacy law, making him a versatile asset in managing the complexities of infrastructure projects.

Scott's professional journey has seen him collaborate with government entities and public sector partners, contributing significantly to the execution of vital infrastructure and commercial strategy endeavors. His role involves a comprehensive handling of legal aspects in both direct delivery and public-private partnership projects. This includes crafting procurement and contract documents, navigating conflict of interest issues, and guiding external legal counsel, among other responsibilities.

Before his tenure at DLA Piper, Scott offered his legal expertise to a Crown agency of the Government of Ontario, further honing his skills in public sector projects.

Admitted to practice in Ontario since 2020, with forthcoming admissions in New York and Massachusetts by 2024, Scott's legal education is both broad and profound. He holds a Bachelor of Human Justice from the University of Regina and a JD from Queen’s University Faculty of Law, supplemented by a certificate in Transnational Commercial Law from EBS Universität in Germany.
