I would like to take legal advice regarding an LTB application that was heard by your selves as the adjudicator. However, now the tenant has filed an application for request for review and LTB has granted him another hearing data in December. The matter is very urgent and burdensome at the same time. We wanted to have a consultation with you to understand what our legal recourse to have this request to view the order/hearing quashed . Or any other possibility to get this non paying, "professional tenant" evicted as per your earlier order issued mid of October. Thanks

He will take your retainer and give you fake statements of work being done. Ultimately he lost the case for us. STAY AWAY!!!
