Rachelle Moncur

Rachelle's journey in the legal field is as diverse as it is impressive. After being called to the Ontario Bar in 2002, she dedicated over twenty years to the nuances of insolvency and restructuring law, showcasing her formidable litigation prowess across Ontario, Alberta, and Quebec, up to the Supreme Court of Canada. Her academic foundation is solid, with degrees in Commerce and Law, alongside an MBA from the University of Windsor.

A personal turning point came with her own divorce, igniting a newfound dedication to family law. This led Rachelle to enhance her expertise with a Certificate in Family Law Skills and Practice from Osgoode Professional Development. With personal experience under her belt, Rachelle brings empathy and understanding to her clients' journeys through separation and divorce, guiding them with both professional insight and personal empathy.

Rachelle's life outside the courtroom is equally dynamic. An accomplished duathlon participant, she has represented Age Group Team Canada, blending her competitive spirit with her legal acumen. Her personal life is full of joy and activity, shared with her daughter, a labrador retriever, a playful cat, and her new husband.
