One of the most knowledgeable real estate lawyers in KW

This guy who is nearly 80 should straight up retire. Worst experience. 

Should retire 

He fired two associates for getting pregnant and asking for maternity leave, settled their lawsuits so they would be quiet. 

Old school Misogynist 

He was investigated by the law society after reports from former employees were reported. He has a habit of turning a blind eye to rampant drug use among his staff. Must be because one of his kids has been arrested numerous times for drugs.

Not all as it seems

He took over a neighboring practice, our dads Will was with that office, according to the law society rules he is supposed to be responsible for them and safeguard them, but we know for a fact he had them destroyed because the law society was slow in dealing with it, and he didn’t want to deal with it (all this was confirmed by his receptionist). 

Destroyed files 

I'm not quite sure why people have rated Mr. Cooper 1 star, seems to be some kind of personal vendetta. 

Mr. Cooper is the BEST lawyer in the K-W region by far. He is incredibly knowledgeable and always provides the best advice/solutions. I have worked with him on multiple real estate transactions that were complex and he seemed to be the only one who knew what to do. He has also always been fair will his invoices -  never any "sneaky" fees. 

Aside from being a great lawyer, he is also a very kind person. Anyone that has the pleasure of knowing Mr. Cooper can confirm that. 

Best lawyer in KW 

Unbelievable that that comments are left anonymously, Achilles kostopoulos who was a an employee at Toyota but fired for drug use and being allegedly a abuser of his wife and child, wonder if he knows that his wife sat in managements office asking for help because of his abusive ways, probably not as he is always high

A good friend of ours decided sadly to go down the path of medically assisted suicide. Somehow Richard made himself the only person in charge of his estate and decided to keep everything to himself, it’s a disgrace that he is still in practice.
