While I hired them VERY soon after the death for estate beneficiary representation, they clearly have no business in these matters.

They made multiple promises and never followed through.   So many emails asking for clarification or questions went without response.   In the end, after 5 months of broken promises, when I pressed for action, they told me I was asking too much.

They have no interest in providing the best service for their clients,  only collecting funds and then dumping responsibility. 

They are a waste of time.  Find someone else.
