5 out of 5 stars

Working with Don on navigating the complexities of gaming law for our startup was an eye-opening experience. His depth of knowledge in the gaming sector, spanning over 25 years, was immediately apparent and incredibly reassuring. Don brought a level of expertise and insight that went beyond our expectations, covering everything from internet gaming regulations to the intricacies of charitable gaming compliance.

Don's role in transforming the regulatory landscape through his work with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario was particularly impressive. His forward-thinking approach to a risk-based regulation model not only modernized the sector but also provided us with a strategic advantage in planning our business model.

His guidance was pivotal when it came to the more daunting aspects of our venture, such as navigating the Gaming Control Act and understanding the Registrar’s Standards and Requirements. Meetings at his office, conveniently located near the bustling business district, were always productive and enlightening.
