 I am looking to obtain a lawyer regarding a family matter. You were recommended by multiple people including my parents. It is a separation that will result in divorce situation involving children and property. We separated, following separation we attempted mediation. Multiple things we agreed to during mediation were promptly not followed or decided were no longer acceptable. I was asking for half the equity for the martial home, half of one pension. He has been contributing to 3 different pensions over the course of our marriage. I was asking for for roughly 70% of the parenting time due to work scheduling and what the children are most accustomed to. All of those were agreed to. The moment he realized that he could not claim a child on his taxes with that parenting time he decided he must have them more. Over the time since separation there has been refusal for pick ups, my daughter was denied calling me, both children have been on ATVs and horses without helmets, personal hygiene issues, refusal for extra curriculars, kept home from school, taken from school for no reason, missing mortgage payments and possibly tax payments, ignoring his responsibility to pay for his cell phone.
