I want a contract as a partner of mine has been deteriorating from alcoholic abuse for years and has serious cognitive issues making it impossible to get through to him any responsibility towards me as his mental illness has blocked any abilities to be reasonable as all he wants is to run from any obligations and his Anger and sleep issues causes him to live in state of confusion and brain bleeding with threats and anger issues forcing me into irrashional behavior constantly. He has had Domestic violence towards other women and myself present charges of domestic crimes. Restraining orders with breaches of probation offices doing nothing but lying and manipulating saying they had no idea about charges to police when l personally called his probation office next day to inform them of his charges from police. Pretending they knew nothing just was not true. Enforcement and social counseling to encourage him to move out of our home saying they will find him a place to live. Only to continue his going back and forth playing his games of abusing myself. Going back and forth pretending it is a break is what he needs he says mean while he sneaking around trying to get attention compulsive liar about everything addiction to smoking and drinking constantly saying you know l love you but stabbing me in the back to his doctor and police saying he is looking for housing mean while he saying everything will be fine. Not alerting me of his intentions he is telling everyone else behind my back. Truly he has serious denial and lives in a fantasy world. Anxiety issues and memory loss forgetting everything and completely comprehend problems impossible to read and retain things only interest is gambling, porno sites, black web l found on my phone l lent him to use and without my permission he reads my emails from my internet connection on from my emails so l have no privacy and l know because l found it on his phone things l had saved contacts even. His stealing my information is not on going l found entire paper work he stolen from my paper work in his procession. Constantly stealing is all he know to hide things sneaking around when l am away from the home only to find things gone through and missing as well. I then retrieve them from his belongings and l know l never put them in that place. Just weird behavior l discovered over 13 years and his on going abuse routine now saying same things repeatedly acting in a fashion of verbal abuse and combative always when asked to do anything.
