Hello. I have a case that will be going to trial in June. The access I am supposed to have with my 2 sons is supervised every other Sunday. I have not gone as I can not afford the travel expenses, I also have a zoom chat every Saturday evening that is being recorded and I'm forced to consent to being recorded or not talk to my children. I feel that's illegal and very uncalled for. I've spoke with police about that . They informed me to speak to a lawyer. I do have legal and and would like to know if you could please help ?

Married to my husband for 28 years he got a promotion at work to move to the states so we moved for his career. I don’t work I take care of him.
