Jenna Zaleski serves as a pivotal associate within the Financial Services group at Miller Thomson, where she lends her expertise to both Ontario and Alberta's legal landscapes. Her primary role involves guiding financial institutions and borrowers through the complexities of multi-jurisdictional and cross-border commercial and syndicated lending transactions, with a keen focus on cash flow and asset-based lending.
