 I am one of Doug's First couple victims from his day's in Elliott Lake Ontario. I have spent the night crying after reading a news paper article about Doug's latest victim. I feel that this is my fault , and all the children he has molested over the years , could of been prevented if I would of been more aggressive stepping up to the plate to put a stop to him. I believe there's many things you should know, incase more girls step forward . I wish I would of known about his case in 2017 and this recent one . Please if not you , could you point me in the direction of the proper Lawyer to talk with. Thank you.
