I had an experience with this lawyer, and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I found her communication on the phone to be less than courteous and respectful, which was disappointing. Additionally, I received a letter where she identified herself as a Reginal manager of the Office of Worker Advisory. However, upon checking her profile, while she works  as a worker advisor for the Ministry of Labour it appears she does not hold the offical manigerial possition. This discrepancy raised concerns about integrity for me. I believe clear and transparent communication is crucial, and I hope this feedback helps in improving the overall experience for others.
