The company registered in Dominica island. By the law of Dominica they close all the offshore companies. Dominica official authorities send me official document from register government Notar in Dominica that all the properties Of the Tandf Ltd must transfer to me as I am the only Director and the only share holders . The house was never rent and I use it about 3 month every year. I treid to do this with Massinger Notar in Freyung. The Notar try to go this way but the court in Freyung ask more documents and did explain which one he want ….. The Notar try another way to make the transfer . as I understand the law in Germany insist to liquidation the company in Germany first And after that can transfer to my name. The Notar got letter about
