Hey folks! I’m Charlotte Côté, currently diving deep into the world of labor and employment law at Sollio Agriculture. I’ve been in the game for a while, working in various roles and picking up a ton of experience along the way. • Labor Relations & Employment Law Advisor at Sollio Agriculture (April 2024 - Present)
  It’s been an exciting few months here. I’m dealing with all things related to labor relations and employment law, helping to navigate tricky workplace issues.

• Employment Law Lawyer at Bélanger Sauvé (September 2023 - April 2024)
  I spent a solid eight months at Bélanger Sauvé, tackling some complex employment cases and advising clients on best practices in labor law.

• Legal Advisor for Work, Health, Safety, and Legal Affairs at Conseil du Patronat du Québec (December 2022 - September 2023)
  I advised on legal matters relating to labor and health, ensuring that all legal bases were covered for various clients.

• Lawyer & Legal Intern at Loranger Marcoux (January 2022 - December 2022)
  My time here was split between full-time work and an internship. I got hands-on experience in labor law, which was super valuable.

• Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Employment Law from University of Montreal (2020 - 2022)
  Graduated with honors for my thesis on how employers handle psychological harassment in a three-way employment relationship. Proud of how it turned out, especially with the feedback highlighting the clarity and comprehensive research.

• Professional Law Training at the École du Barreau (2019)
  This was where I got my formal training in law, setting the stage for my legal career.

• Member, Congress and Gala Committee at Jeune Barreau de Montréal (February 2023 - Present)
  Helping to organize events for the young lawyers' community in Montreal.
