Good afternoon Mr Gauthier. My son, WS, is currently incarcerated in Drummond Institution and is serving a 2nd degree murder sentence. He is appealing the decision and a DL (also an inmate at Drummond) referred W to you. He is appealing on 2 main issues: 1. He hired a PI firm to help in his defense and one of the private investigators became an informant for the police. 2.
