W is in custody in the Ottawa Carleton Detention Center. He is dealing with charges in Cornwall ON. He tells me he cannot get in touch with you and that he has a court date in Montreal. He is hoping that you can attend on his behalf. He wants to be brought to Montreal on some future date to resolve this case. Thanks
