Hello Me Lamarre, I hope this message finds you well. I am in a hasty need of representation for a court case in August. I am the defendant in a case regarding custody of my young daughter. I have full rights of determination awarded by a German court last October. My daughter is with me full time. We are currently residing in a womans shelter for conjugal violence. I have recently been approved for legal aid, so I do have a legal aid mandate. Her father has since followed us to Montreal and has served me with custody. I am hoping you can help.
