I got your contact from Barreau de Montreal and would like to know if I can use your service – one hour consulting for 60$. I am a victim of a criminal offense that happened in 2011. There was an order from Montreal Criminal Court in 2023. The offender is on probation. He must pay me and other victims a certain amount of compensation. He paid some small amounts in 2023 after the court hearing, but nothing in 2024. The offender is a professional experienced cheater. We know he cheated people in Belgium and escaped to Canada to avoid justice there. He cheated people in Canada working as Mortgage broker. He keeps cheating other people. His business is a wholesale diamond trading company registered in 2015. He is also a vice-president of a charity company and collecting money speculating around “helping children around the world”. He was going to multiple business trips to Russia and Ukraine, probably to operate “in grey zone” with the money he collected using his businesses. I need a legal advice how to proceed to put him in a jail or make him pay to me and other victims of his criminal activity, mentioned in the Court order.

Pragnę dowiedzieć się, czy może Pan wystąpić do Service Ontario w sprawie skorygowania błędnych danych na świadectwie zgonu (błąd powstał w 1959r przy zapisywaniu danych osobowych). Wiem (bo pomagam uzyskać te dokumenty od Service Ontario już od paru miesięcy), że istnieją ich dokumenty, które należy wypełnić I co zajmuje minimum 12 tygodni. Zależy nam jednak na czasie. Jestem w posiadaniu kopii wszystkich dokumentów dotyczących zmarłego, jakie ostały się z wojny i jego emigracji do Palestyny i potem do Kanady. Byłbym wdzięczny za odpowiedź czy Pan Mecenas mógłby nam pomóc.
