Everybody is talking about his rentals but besides being a negligent and downright murderous landlord, he is a bad lawyer. I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with him-he doesn’t care about anything but taking your money. I worked with one of the lawyers in his cabinet and on the day of the hearing, there was another, completely unknown to me lawyer that said will represent me because the previous lawyer had quit. I asked if we can reschedule, I was assured she is prepared for the case and we should go forward. Needless to say, the prosecutors made quick work of her and laughed her out of the courtroom. I complained to Benamore - he couldn’t care less, my money was in his pocket already.
