Hi Nadin, We signed a contract with Unican in Iran for immigration (Self-employment case) . Unfortunately, Unican did not take any action for us after being rejected. We personally sued the immigration department in federal court ( without a lawyer ) . At the request of the lawyer of the Immigration Department, we withdrew our complaint on the condition that our case be reopened. We updated the new documents and sent a new business plan. Unfortunately, Warsaw rejected us again. The group complaint of Mrs. J (lawyer) got a good result and most of her clients got their visas. I called her office and spoke to Ms. J. They asked us a high fee to pursue our case and open a new complaint..My wife and I incurred a lot of money in the case we had with you (Unican) and the court complaint case.
