hi sir; i am the owner of a property in montreal, my father and his dependable are living with me from 9 years in one part of the house while we live in the other. my father has sent me the notice that he has paid 250000$ for mortgage payments and i suppose to return that amount to him, he does not have any contract with me nor the lease while the money for the mortgage has been paid by me through him. is this claim is regarding your specialty. if yes then please guide me how can we proceed it and how much the case will cost me. thanks
