He was assigned to my case by the Tribunal Administrative du Travail.  He outright refused to consider three binders of proof I had in my defense.  He was far more versed and interested in the proof opposing council shared with him.  He made no effort to guide me other than suggesting I count my losses and drop my complaint.  I had jurisprudence on my side and he failed to consider it.  In short, he left me with the feeling he was a little boy afraid of the big bad wolf.  He dropped me like yesterday's news and refused to be replaced, leaving me without council weeks before my hearing.  He abused his power and I filed a formal complaint with the Barreau du Quebec.
