This lawyer is supposedly working on my late mothere estate. The firm are executors of my late mothers will who passed away early December 22. She is uncontactable via phone or email, unless you put in a complaint to the office manager Abi Gold, she simply don't respond to emails or phone calls, they make promises they don't keep. I am 7 nearly 8 months into her death and have no idea what is happening. I don't know if probate has been applied for or granted. It took them 6 months to settle the undertakers bill after being chased relentlessly by myself and the undertakers. They write when they are threatened with taking things further and promise 2 weekly updates, etc, they don't happen. I last emailed them 2 weeks ago, and I received their usual automated reply. If anyone is thinking of using them, avoid at all costs. I am now in talks with another probate firm regarding legal action to have them removed as executors on the dereliction of their executorship duties. I will also be contacting the legal ombudsman and law society with a formal complaint regarding their atrocious service. 

I'm done with any excuses, I've been truly patient during this time, and that has now worn out.
