JONATHAN LITSEY represents public and private companies across industries in corporate and transactional matters, including public and private acquisitions, divestitures, investments, and other general corporate matters. Jon also provides pro bono services to clients on a variety of matters through the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program.

Prior to Sidley, Jon earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, graduating cum laude. Jon received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the College of Charleston.
