MEGAN SOLIZ represents clients in various state and federal courts and arbitration disputes. Her practice spans an array of industries with representative experience in financial institutions, healthcare, and insurance sectors. She has worked on a variety of commercial disputes involving allegations of breach of contract and fiduciary duties, fraud, negligence, and violations of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA).

Prior to joining Sidley, Megan was an associate at a global law firm located in Dallas. She also served as a judicial intern for Justice Phil Johnson of the Supreme Court of Texas. 

Megan graduated summa cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Texas Tech University School of Law. She was the managing editor for Volume 51 of the Texas Tech Law Review, a staff attorney for the 2018-2019 Innocence Clinic, as well a member of the Board of Barristers, Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, and Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. Megan also participated in many advocacy competitions, including Mock Trial and Moot Court.
