PARKER EMBRY focuses his practice on corporate restructuring, including bankruptcy court proceedings, out-of-court restructuring, and bankruptcy-related litigation.

Parker earned his J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and received the Hutchison Scholarship in 2021. Prior to joining Sidley, he served as a term law clerk to The Honorable Michelle V. Larson at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas (2021‒2023).

Parker received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas Christian University, where he graduated from the John V. Roach Honors College, magna cum laude, in 2015. 

Prior to obtaining his law degree, Parker worked as a management consultant in the oil and gas industry in Houston.
