Dallas native Farsheed Fozouni is an Associate Attorney at Lynn Pinker Hurst & Schwegmann specializing in Labor & Employment and Commercial Litigation.

Before joining LPHS, Farsheed represented employers and high-level executives in employment litigation matters as a Senior Attorney at Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons L.L.P. He also handled commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation, including breaches of contract, trademark disputes, trade secret misappropriation, and various other commercial disputes.

Farsheed received a BA in International Relations with a minor in Chemistry from Austin College, before going on to graduate cum laude with a JD from the SMU Dedman School of Law. He served as Executive Editor for the SMU Law Review Association, while simultaneously publishing his own work pertaining to federal law regarding the Hague Convention on Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction in 2014. He was also awarded Best Brief for Appellant and Best Oral Advocate in Round in the Jackson Walker Moot Court Competition.

He is now licensed to practice in Texas and is a member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and the Dallas Bar Association.

Farsheed is fluent in Farsi and enjoys reading Persian poetry and literature. He also enjoys learning new languages and discovering new places; when he’s not in the courtroom, you’ll find him traveling anywhere a plane will go.
