Sarah Roark-Rowe focuses her practice on representation of financial institutions in their capacities as Trustee, Collateral Administrator and Securities Intermediary in connection with new issuance collateralized loan obligation transactions as well as post-closing matters. Sarah also has experience representing service providers in their roles as Collateral Agents and Custodians in warehouse financing facilities as well as loan financing transactions.
