William Katz

Bill Katz is a litigation and antitrust attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office. Mr. Katz is a first-chair trial lawyer who focuses his practice on resolving complex disputes, particularly those involving clients in the healthcare and energy industries. In addition to counseling clients on a variety of antitrust issues, he represents clients before federal and state trial and appellate courts, arbitration panels, and administrative agencies, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).

Mr. Katz also has experience in internal investigations, representation of audit committees, and the design and implementation of compliance and training programs.
