AIMEE FAGAN serves as a co-leader of the firm’s IP Litigation practice and has demonstrated a formidable track record of success managing high-stakes litigation matters for leading companies from the energy, investment/financial services, private equity, medical, and pharmaceutical industries, among others. Aimee’s practice focuses on strategic, business-focused management of complex IP and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts across the country including patent infringement, contract disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets, trademark disputes, securities investigations and lawsuits, governmental investigations, and enforcement of non-competes.

From the outset, Aimee partners with clients to devise a litigation strategy that is closely aligned with their business objectives. Whether a matter requires pre-litigation strategy to ensure a swift resolution or careful case management and negotiations to achieve an efficient resolution without trial or a well-executed trial strategy, Aimee works zealously to deliver the results that best fit her client’s needs.  

Aimee is ranked by Chambers USA in Texas in Intellectual Property, in which she is described as “a great strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills who is able to translate the complex into the understandable” (2023). She has been named one of Lawdragon’s “500 Leading Litigators in America” (2024). Aimee was shortlisted for the “Litigator of the Year – Texas” award by Managing IP (2024). She was also named to D Magazine’s 2023 “Dallas 500.” Aimee was recognized as a “Litigation Star” by Benchmark Litigation for the practices of IP Litigation and Commercial (2022–2024). In 2020, Texas Lawyer named Aimee as one of three “Top Women in IP” and in 2019, she was included in Lawdragon’s “Top 500 Plaintiff Lawyers” list.
